- Services may not be used in restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- False identities or misleading details are strictly prohibited.
- Multiple accounts created to bypass limits or restrictions may be terminated without notice.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts pending verification.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Astrix Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are provided to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
4. Services Provided
Astrix Cloud provides free hosting, shared hosting, game hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated IP services, add-ons, and related infrastructure. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
5. Free Hosting Terms
Free hosting is provided at our sole discretion. No uptime or backup guarantee applies to free plans. Resources may be limited or modified at any time. Accounts may be removed for inactivity. Advertisements or branding may be displayed on free plans.
Free plans strictly prohibit:
- Cryptocurrency mining
- File storage abuse
- Proxy or VPN services
- Pirated or unlicensed software
- Adult or NSFW content
- High CPU or resource-intensive scripts
- Automated bots not related to the service
Accounts in violation may be suspended without prior notice.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our infrastructure for any activity that violates local, state, or international laws. This includes, but is not limited to, hosting malicious content, unauthorized access attempts, or network interference.
7. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance or emergency repairs as needed to ensure the stability of our network.
8. Limitation of Liability
Astrix Cloud shall not be liable for any data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. It is the responsibility of the user to maintain off-site backups of their data.
